On-access Scanning Is Disabled...

HI.MY BITDEFENDER INTERNET SECURITY 2013 SAYS THAT ON-ACCESS SCANNING IS DISABLED...WHEN I CLICK START IN THE 'FIX ALL ISSUES' WINDOW THE TASK IS FAILED...AND ALSO ,WINDOWS REPORTS THAT BITDEFENDER IS TURNED OFF.....THESE PROBLEMS ARE IRRITATING ME....PLEASE HELP ME... angry.gif

He has installed Bitdefender 2013 so I will need some logs.

Please follow the steps explained in the article below and send me via PM the generated log file:

I take the liberty to follow your offer on the forum per another occurrence of the same issue. I've tried to send you PM but it bounced back.

I run BD Win8 Security on a 64 bit system. Recently the On-access scanning wouldn't start and my attempt to start it manually always fails. The log file is at

I've asked several people who know more of windows, all said it is a registration fault but to identify and fix the wrong key(s) needs expertise of BD. I have backups of my registry before and after this problem occurred ; they are at

http://www.sendspace.com/file/huake3 respectively.
Of course I'm not advising you, the expert, yet the first plausible step may be to check the registration of this particular function of On-access scanning.
