Windows Update Failing - Is It Bd?

I've run these at least a dozen times now; during the update they say they succeed. I have verified that the same four numbers keep appearing, so evidently they decide they have to run again. I've let them run overnight, so I am sure I am not shutting down the machine while they are running.
I don't have any direct evidence that BD is any part of the problem, but I wanted to ask if anyone else had heard about it. It was the problem the last time windows update would not run, I had to uninstall it, do something special to run the (very old by that time) windows updates, and then reinstall 2012.
Anybody know about these?

A product update was released. Your build should be 220.127.116.114(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
This build is fixing some issues related to Microsoft Windows Update service for some systems.
