Double Counting Of Endpoints Resulting In Virus Protection Being Disabled

Earlier this week the console started counting endpoints twice and using this double counting towards the license count, putting me above my quota. This results in several computers no longer being protected. Seems like a very badly tested update to me

I have opened a ticket and had no response. Bad customer service.

Please let me know what is going on here
