Slow PC

I have now for several months experienced that many PCs are working incredibly slowly some are almost standstill during startup.
When using the PC can suddenly stall for 5-10 sec and then run it again.
If I uninstall BD so the problem is solved.

BitDefender Business Client - Build 3.5.1.7
BitDefender Business Agent - Build 3.5.2.153
BitDefender Management Server Buildt 3.5.2.153

In BitDefender Management Console some PCs drops out of the groups and land in Not Grouped, then I have to move them back to the group they belong to.

Some BD clients display that there is not a valid license (I have about 30-40 free licenses on the server)

I've always have PCs to be restarted in BitDefender Management Console, but when they are restarted they stand to be rebooted again (Their status does not disappear)

If I do a weekly scan my experience that many have trouble using the AS400 Movex, the program will not start up when I reboot the PC Movex starts up briefly during shutdown.

If doing a scan on our PCs they go almost to a standstill for a long time .....

Please Help ....

Hi Olesj,
Welcome to our forum and thankk you for you post.
Verify in the Bitdefender Management Console if you can update the Bitdefender Agents and Clients to version .242

Also verify to connectivity between the client computers and server machine for those with the registration issue.
probably they can't reach the server and entered in 30days trial mode.
Go to start-run-cmd : ping ip server ; ping ip server 7072 and tell me the results.

Can you tell me more about the slowdown issue for the workstations? Windows Operating System and service pack, cofiguration(ram, processor)

I await your reply,
Have a great day.

Andi
