I am a BitDefender Partner at San Juan, PR. My client (end-user) upgrade 18 of their 35 Windows XP machines to Windows 7.
He did not follow the procedure of uninstalling the client Application (license revoke) from the BDMS. Now their 18 machines are without A/V client since all the 35 are shown as used.
How can we resolve this? I open a Customer Support Ticket but still waiting for them.
