Which version of Bitdefender do you have installed on your machine?

Welcome back

In order to be able to assist you please run a Full System Scan task with Bitdefender and send us the resulting scan report.

[how to GENERATE A FULL SYSTEM SCAN LOG]
- Before running the scan please make sure that you have the latest virus definitions downloaded via the Update module. For this you need to open Bitdefender and from the main interface click on Update now;
- After the update process has completed successfully you can proceed to running the scan task. In the same window go to Antivirus and press the Scan now button =>Full system scan.
- After the scan has finished you need to submit the scan log file. This is accomplished by running the Support tool file that can be downloaded from this location:

http://www.bitdefend...or_scanlogs.exe

Save the file prior to running it and to continue you need to accept the terms of use.

At the end of this process an archive will be created on your Desktop starting with bdamst.

NOTE! If you already ran a scan task you can send us your latest report instead.

[how to RETRIEVE THE LATEST FULL SYSTEM SCAN LOG]
-To retrieve an existing scan log you simply need to run the Support
tool file from this location:

http://www.bitdefend...or_scanlogs.exe

Save the file prior to running it and to continue you need to accept the terms of use.

At the end of this process an archive will be created on your Desktop starting with bdamst.

Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then send me a PM with it.

If the file is too big to attach it, upload it on

http://www.sendspace.com

or

http://www.mediafire.com

and send me a PM with the download link.

We will analyze the information you sent and then reply with a possible solution in the shortest time.

Have a nice day.

Hi smile.gif

Please disable System Restore and uninstall any other security products.

Rurun a scan and send me those logs again. We are currently investigating to see if this is a False Positive or not.

Thank you.
