New Profile User Cannot Login After Installing Bitdefender

new user cannot login/create profile after installing bitdefender
client computer is windows 7 enterprise 64bit domain connected with active directory
bitdefender version 3.5.2.153
situation: when a computer is not yet installed with bitdefender, user can login. even new user.
after installing bitdefender. old user that already have profile can still login but when a new user will login, they cannot go through and windows message: the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded
Please help.. thank you..

I am experiencing the same problem,

new user cannot login/create profile after installing bitdefender
client computer is windows 7 enterprise 64bit domain connected with active directory
bitdefender version 3.5.2.242
same situation: when a computer is not yet installed with bitdefender, user can login. even new user.
after installing bitdefender. old user that already have profile can still login but when a new user will login, they cannot go through and windows message: the user profile service failed the logon. user profile cannot be loaded

i Itdave,
is there any error mesage that appears when users are trying to log on/off?
Also what version of Internet Explorer is present on your client computers?

The error I get when I try to logon with a another user account is:

The User Profile Service failed the logon.
User Profile cannot be loaded.

IE9 is what we are using.

I too felt the same and did not know it was (bitdefender). as
I was formatting the pc and reinstall windows.

Sorry for the delay of this response. After formatting the pc solves the problem of user profile (this applies to new users as well).
