Email Replies Quarantined

I have BD Security for Exchange on a 2003 Exchange Server and there are some emails that are Replies or Forwards to Sent email from users in the company that are getting "held up" in the Antispam Quarantine. How can this be prevented or fixed?

Could you please tell us what version of BitDEfender for Exchange you are using? 3.4, 3.5?
