[resolved] How Do I Turn Off Automatic Renewal

I've spent more than a half hour searching the site, forums, web etc trying to figured out how to turn off auto renewal on my account. WIll someone please be kind enough to tell how to turn it off?

Hi,

You can disable the automatic renewal option from the Avangate / Digital River account. The necessary links to do this are provided in the notification emails.

Otherwise, give me a P.M. with the purchase information and I will disable it for you on Tuesday.

It was just renewed without my consent. I would like to turn off auto-renewal for next year now, perhaps rather than forget and have the same thing happen again. Please explain how I can access and change my billing settings in my account, I would like to do this myself.

Hello,

Please search for the renewal notification emails (or bank statements) and check who processed the transaction.

For orders processed by Digital River (DRI) go to: https://www.findmyorder.com/

For orders processed by Avangate go to: https://secure.avangate.com/myaccount/
