Bitdefender Expired?

Hello all- So just today when I rebooted I noticed that Biitdefender is not letting me scan any files or run any scans as it keeps saying the product is expired please go to the bitdefender menu to buy it or whatever....So then if i go to my bitdefender menu it still says i have 629 days left...which is what I should have but this is kind of an issue for me if I can't get it to work so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to double post but I couldnt find an edit button....Specifically the window says "Your BitDefender license has expired. Your system is no longer protected. Please access the BitDefender Security Center and click the Buy link to get a new license key" and when my scans are supposed to run it says "The scanning process was not started in the required time interval. Press OK to close the Bitdefender Antivirus Scanner."

Of course if i go to my advanced settings General tab it shows my last update (which was earlier today), my account name, my registration which says: Valid, and that it expires in 627 days....

Help please!

This issue can be solved , but in order to send you the proper steps , we need to have a look on some reports generated on your system . Please go to the next BitDefender article : http://www.bitdefender.com/KB389 and follow the instructions that you will find here . After the report are generated , reply to the email that we have sent you with them attached . We will contact you shortly after we finish analyzing these files.
