  1. Hi, I hope someone can give me some assistance on this. I have a huge issue on mail not going out with the following message in the maillog. Sep 10 02:23:06 web-528194 postfix/cleanup[16787]: warning: milter unix:/var/spool/postfix/BitDefender/bdmilterd.sock: can't read SMFIC_BODYEOB reply packet header: Connection timed out Sep 10 02:23:06 web-528194 postfix/cleanup[16787]: 92F0D621586: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from[]: 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later; from=<> to=<> proto=ESMTP helo=<> anyone has any tip on what this causes this? 2. Hi, I did figure it out, there is a way to prevent signing in the footer. It caused a lot of trouble because our system sorts attachments and every email had an attachment which was a huge issue for up. We did figure it our even though there was no answer. If anyone has the same issue than let me know and I explain. Best wishes, Thomas
  3. Hi, If there is a BitDefender moderator here. Please let me know if there is a way for this. I have recipients send me emails that I am infected by Bitdefender. Can I at least switch off outgoing messages from getting this attachment? I send messages to government and military and they do not allow attachments. I specially did install a cloud to be able to send links instead of attachments but now I get this bitdefender.txt attachment and it messes everything up. Is there anything that can be done?
  4. Hi, I wonder if there is a solution to a problem I have. It seems that BitDefender signs clean messages with a attachment that called bitdefender.txt In general I do understand that BitDefender if giving this free and in exchange wants to have some advertisement on the emails it scans. However it is very frustrating that this is done as attachment which created bid issues since now each email has an attachment. On top of this it tells the people that the email is scanned by several phising attempts and spam is going trough so people think it is save to click on these links. I do see it as good that emails are signed if something is found but to sign clean messages that go out or come in with an attachment is creating issues. No more searching for emails with attachment or auto filtering since everything now has an attachment. Is there any way to stop the clean emails from getting this attachment? I do not care if it is written into the message body but must it really be an attachment? I hope there is something that can be done. Best wishes, thomas
