  4. Hello guys, In order to solve this issue please make sure that the communication between the clients and the management server is established. You can check this by applying a policy and check if it is compliant. In order to roll back Client Security to version 3.5 please run a repair of the product from Start -> All Programs -> Bitdefender Management Server -> Modify, Repair or Uninstall. Please note that the version will be reverted to the installation version. If you installed directly Client Security 3.6, these steps will not work. Regards, Catalin

  8. Hello guys, I noticed that one of the recommended solutions was to enter a random license key and then enter the correct key. I want to mention that this will cause all the endpoints to expire and only after that they will get the license key. The correct way to do this is to only enter again the license key and click on Change Key. Best regards, Catalin

If during the trial period our product is reinstalled, the trial license will be valid for only one day. Also, if on a computer where you install the product there was a previous version of Bitdefender installed, the product will be installed as expired. About the installation of the product please run the commands below in a terminal window wget sudo sh The license key for the product, along with the usage permissions were sent to you via PM. The latest version of the product is the 7.90123 and it is reached after installing and updating the product, but the latest version of the installation kit is indeed 7.6.4. The Endpoint is sending to the Cloud Security Console the information regarding the computer name, IP address, OS, update status, last seen information and unfortunately it is not possible to change this information.
