Can someone translate this into English? I also have Trojan.Ransom.E
In the final analysis my hard drive, Bit Defender found two threats for which it is not able to do:
Unresolved Issues: Object Name Name of the threat state final
C: \ System Volume Information \ _restore (54B38612-FE14-4931-B0E5-DE30EA2F902D) \ RP1247 \ A0205301.dll Trojan.Ransom.E No action possible
C: \ System Volume Information \ _restore (54B38612-FE14-4931-B0E5-DE30EA2F902D) \ RP1247 \ A0205980.dll Trojan.Ransom.E No action possible
What can I do to solve these two problems?
Thank you in advance.

Stghislain15 Hello,
The files are in the restaurant Windows, there is nothing particular to do but if you really want to delete it will serve this restoration:
> Right-click on the "My Computer" and choose "Properties".
> In the "System Restore" check "Turn off System Restore on all drives" and OK.

Ok, but is there not a danger to let them do nothing? Thank you in advance.
