Les fichiers sont dans la restauration Windows, il n'y a rien à faire de particulier mais si vous voulez vraiment les supprimer il faudra purger cette restauration :

> Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur le "Poste de travail" et en choisissez "Propriétés".
> Dans l'onglet "Restauration du système" cochez l'option "Désactiver la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" et validez par "Ok".

Ok, mais n'y a-t-il pas un danger de les laisser sans rien faire ? Merci d'avance.

> Right-click on the "My Computer" and choose "Properties".
> In the "System Restore" check "Turn off System Restore on all drives" and OK.
