I'm running Windows XP SP3 with Bitdefender IS10

Two things:

When I do the port scan test on https://www.grc.com/ , Bitdefender does not alert me that my ports are being scanned.

When I scan my ports, port 21 is open...

Can someone explain why I am not being alerted and why port 21 is open? Thanks.
