Hi,

I have an issue with IS V10 on Vista (sp1). Vista displays a compatibility issue message on bdfdll.sys.
(driver stopped due to compatibility problem).

I have installed IS V10 on a new vista PC. First it works perfectly, then I got this message.
I suspect a compatibility problem with the SP1 update of vista ( or one of the numerous vista update).

Does any one know what to do ?

Hmmm, strange - My V10 key says:

"The registration key is for a different product"

There is 116 days left according to myaccount.bitdefender.com

Be careful to use the same product.
==> IS V10 can be replaced by IS 2009 but of course it does'nt work if you move from the "Antivirus" to the "Internet Security" pack or from the "Internet Security" to the "Total Security"

If you realy use the same product and it does'nt work, the best is to contact the on line assistance. It took me only 5mn to get the answer.

Sorry, in the rush, i downloaded and installed the Antivirus 2009 - an uninstall and install of the Internet Security 2009, worked as promised - I STILL love and recommend Bitdefender :-)
