My year subscription to the Virus 2008 was to be up in 2 weeks.

I went to renew and it gave me a NEW subscription to the 2009 version.

I don't want the 2009 version. I want my current 2008 virus scanner subscription to be renewed!

Now I have two registrations and I'm forced to use the 2009 version while my 2 weeks on 2008 sits there wasted. I can't find a way to cancel this.

And I'm still getting emails about my 2008 license expiring and how it will be auto-renewed!!

I contacted support early last week. They said a sales rep would contact me shortly.

Still waiting. help. sigh

The license key from 2009 version doesn't work on 2008 family.
