Is it possible to declare an e-mail address as SPAM (yes) AND to bounce the e-mail back to the sender?

No, that is not possible.

Mail bouncing is made on the e-mail server, not on a workstation. BD2008 is designed for workstations. To be able to bounce a mail back (in other words, to reject it), you'd need to be running a server OS, a mail server application (like Exchange) and for instance BitDefender for Exchange Servers.

Practically, your e-mails are already on a mail server (for instance, Yahoo Mail, or Google Mail). When you download them, you download them from the server. To bounce it back to the sender would mean that it should just be sent back, the old fashion way (just like hen you forward an e-mail). And that would be a privacy risk (you confirm that your e-mail address is valid). So it's safer to just delete the mail (or do whatever you want to do with it).

Well, if you don't want any mails from your "old" friend, you can just block his address. I believe any mail server (such as Yahoo) has the option of address blacklisting.
