I'm using BitDefender Business Client (BBC)
Is this the right forum? If not, please move this topic.

I'm rolling out new subscription of EM3 with BBC to replaced the expired EM2.6 with BD8.
After deploying on 3 workstations to test it out, I have an issue with one of the workstation.

After several clicks on the links in Internet Explorer, BBC will crash with runtime error on vsserv.exe. Clicking OK will stall the whole operating system which require a hard reset.

Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 6
I have disable the Real-Time Protection before launching Internet Explorer. The vsserv.exe does encounter runtime error and has to be closed when I view few webpages on the Internet Explorer. The difference is that this will not stall the whole system.

Is there any log file that I can examine?
