Mi pc has been infected with Generic.Brontok.279D6435 and restart itself and regedit is blocked. What could I do to remove that virus

Please download this removal tool. But do not run it yet.
Reboot your pc into safe mode :
If you are in windows just reboot keep the F8 key on your keyboard pressed select safe mode press enter log in with your account now run the removal tool by double clicking on it.

thanks for your help. I did what you told me but nothing hapenned. I started in safe mode and ran the program but the problem still is in my computer. By the way, I have another problem. sometimes when I start mi computer apears a message saying "amvo.exe la memoria no se puede read" and the computer restart itself. any suggestion?
