- First of all check if the problem is already present in this sub-forum or not. If you are absolutely sure that there is no similar problem reported proceed to posting.
- Keep a representative topic title for the problem to maximize the chance of a duplicate bug.
- Please try to inform on the steps to reproduce bug/problem. Also with screenshots. Allowed formats are *.jpg, *.png.
- Provide as much System Information as you can (windows version, installed service pack, language version).
- If there is the case provide the version of the third party product that has compatibility issues with a BitDefender product.
- Always provide the product version of BitDefender you are having problems with.
- Tell us what were you doing when the problem occurred? Eg.: Was their a product upgrade of BitDefender available?; Was there an update available for third party software?
