This is my second post here and im getting bit defender for the rest of my life and i got a problem.
Ive had kaperskys for a year because i couldnt find bit defender in the store when i needed it.
Ive tested what the best virus scanner is that exists and bit defender finds and cleans stuff that no others do.
I assume its that heuristics that they patented since theyre the only anti-virus to have patents and they also work better than any others.
I tested this by going unprotected on the net for about 4 hrs until my comp locked up going to every ###### and other uncouth site i could find to heavily infect my computer and the only one to find everything and clean it all was bit defender.
Trend housecall also found eveything but no other did and trend couldnt clean it all like bit defender did.
I want to get bitdefender by mail order since i have had numerous problems with digital download places after i reformat and have to get a second download of what i purchased( not reffering to bit defender specifically tho-i never digitally downloaded that).
Everything from they have no record of my purchase to nobody can tell me the code to use to download again that works and they never told me to save any special code.
I have been to most of the computer stores in anchorage for about 2 months and still cant find anybody that has it to sell me.
My kaperskys has long since expired and i want to use bit defender for the next 40 yrs of my life but i need to be able to buy it so i can re-install after i re-format.
Can somebody please point me in the direction to purchase a version of bitdefender over the internet but i have it mailed to me,not downloaded with weeks of problems after i re-format and need it again.
This is so important to me so please help me somebody.
