The update checkbox on BD gray out that I cannot update it. what do i do?

Dear prince,
Press the windows button together with r now type services.msc press enter. Left click on the BitDefender Desktop Update service and press on start. If that doesn't work left click on the BitDefender Communicator service press on stop confirm the message. After you done that press on start while still have selected the BitDefender Communicator service.
