1.On my home computers (2) behind a D-link router which is the best profile to chose for firewall ?
2. I excluded a path for scan, however is being scanned all times on all profiles, what shall I do to excluded it (i have some software there which heuristic detection could find it like a virus)

1) I'm not a very big expert on routers (I'll announce Niels to take a look at your question, cos he knows more about these).
2) BD v10 only offers exclusion for Realtime Protection. The On Demand scans will always scan those folders, and there's nothing you can do about it.
BD 2008 had also added exclusion for On Demand scans.
If the applications that are detected are legit, please put them in a ZIP archive (with the password infected), attach them on the Malware section and, after they will be checked, detection will be removed.
