Deb
Hi. I've been running BDIS2008 for about a week. Everything is fine except for one application. I have Weatherbug that runs in startup. It places the temperature in the system tray. I have to reply everyday as to whether or not to allow weatherbug.exe to connect. I look at the firewall settings and there are 2 entries there for 2 different protocols for weatherbug which I think should cover this. Why am I getting the daily question about allowing it?
Thanks.
Niels
Dear Deb,

The reason why this could happen is that the program parts of weatherbug are being updated in other words changed. In that case you will see the pop-up's for allowing again. Try this make a new firewall rule in the application folder I think the file that Weatherbug uses is called weatherbug.exe click on advanced did you opened port 80? Did you do this for upd and tcp?

Best regards
Niels
