Not sure of the best way to bring this to BD's attention. I am sure they can get it sorted quicker than I can....

This is not BitDefender's problem. You should report this to Dr.Web, because I can assure you that it is a False Positive.

These is a very small chance that livesrv.exe had been infected by something. If you want to eliminate this possibility, you can upload the file on www.virustotal.com and, in a few minutes, you'll have the result from a scan made with 30+ AV products. However, I already made this scan and the only result I got were 2 alerts from DrWeb and PrevX (both alerts based on heuristic detection, not on signature...so both detections are subject to False Positives).

I appreciate that it is not BD`s problem, but I suspect that Dr Web will respond quicker to them than to me...
