Since 1 week, I can't update anymore!! I tried all the different servers listed in a sticked post but none of them work (update, upgrade1, upgrade2 etc...!
Is anybody in my situation?

What else can I do except changing the servers?

There are several reasons why you can't update. From your signature, I see that you use BD IS 2008. I have the same exact version, but I don't have problems.

First of all, do you have another firewall installed, which could interfere with BD and which may be blocking it from accesing the internet? If this is the case, make sure you create a rule for BD which allows it to acces the network. Also, it's indicated that you use only one Antivirus and only one Firewall, because having more than one can cause trouble.

Thanks for your reply. No I do not have anything else other than Bitdefender IS 2008. What server do you use to update please?
I have a router with firewall inside but I have changed any parameters last week so I don't understand why it suddenly stopped updating.
The error message is something like: "ES delay passed" meaning he didn't get any answer back from the server within a reasonnale time.

I'll check my router but I don't even know where to look because I never had to open any ports for BD before and it worked fine (sort of speak)...

Sorry ok you were right. I just checked in the Firewall rules of BD itself and livesrv.exe was blocked!!!!!!!!! I haven't blocked it manually so rather funny that it can recognize its own processes!!
