Using Total Security 2008. Repeatedly the Scan Activity Bar - File Zone and/or Net Zone - will turn into Red X's. Yet all the Bitdefender Sevices are running. I have no other virus or trojan scanning software installed on this XP-SP2 machine. Can someone advise how to make TS stable and unproblematic? Thanks!

Not one single reply with any advice! I have to say, after using thousands of pieces of software over the years, this TS instills very little confidence. It is so buggy. One never really knows what portion of it is working and what is not. If a service stops there is no warning. The Outlook antispam just sits there, even on addresses specifically added as a Spammer. I guess when you buy a license you are actually paying to become a beta tester! No wonder there has been no replys to my question - no one on Earth can decipher the problems with this unreliable product. angry.gif

Personally, I've not had any red X's for the last week.
