Besides the huge unsolvable problems with Enterprise Manger I'm still having problems with BitDefender Home Edition too, and in particular:

1) sometimes when you install the product, the internet connection is no longer available.
2) sometimes codes are not accepted but the license is Ok

those are my problems at the moment....

it's easier to identify the problem you ar facing this way.

if this still doesn't work you should again contact support for further help and information.
