It seems that you people do nothing to support your customers. I've posted my problems already. It's been a long time I'm having problems with IS2008 and no replies from you, except from other users.
Now, THE BIG PROBLEM IS, my computer was left open on the Internet all night long, without a firewall and without an anti-virus. All options in IS2008 were turned off, AND, I can't turn them back on, unless I reboot.
If this is the kind of protection this is, then there are 2 options. Fix it, or refund my 3 license. And I mean ASAP because I can't afford to leave my computers left unprotected all night long and have them hacked or infected, or both.
We are not talking about a stupid bug here. This is VERY IMPORTANT.

Dear SBL
This is only a user forum no support forum. In other words there aren't real support people active on these forum only virus researchers visit the malware section. Go to start, run, type services.msc press enter now start each service that has BitDefender in the name by left clicking on it and press start. I already said in your previous topic to contact them via livechat.
Best regards

Thank you Niels for your reply. I was not aware that this forum was only for members and no officials were trying to solve the problems posted! I will try livechat, if that works!
When IS2008 has stopped working, trying to start the services does not work. Windows report that the service can not start. The only way is to reboot, and this is not always an option for me.
Knowing that IS2008 has major problems, what else should I use? I use to have the BD anti-virus alone, and that worked great, never had a problem, and that was the reason I purchased IS2008 (all in one).
Thank for your help.

Dear SBL
I personally have no problems with BitDefender Internet Security 2008. To see if this isn't a user account problem try to make a new account in windows and see if the problems still exist on that account. I suppose that you already used the BitDefender uninstall tool and rebooted afterwards.
Best regards
Niels
