I'm using a download manager and would like BitDefender to scan the file automatically upon completion.
Any suggestions regarding this matter?

With uiscan.exe you can scan folders. Uiscan can be found in the BitDefender installation directory. But all downloads are being scanned by BitDefender http traffic scanner and on execution by BitDefender realtime protection. Http traffic scan is enabled by default.
