To solve this issue follow this instruction:
Click on start,run,type regsvr32 X:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender2008\bdguictl.dll press enter.
You have to change X: by the letter of your hard disc/partition where you keep your installed programs .
If that still fails download and install the latest .net framerwork version.
