I recommend that you try this download microsoft installer cleanup. Install it and start it select the reference to BitDefender Internet Security 2008 press on remove confirm the message. If you downloaded the installer then rightclick on it and choose extract to folder. Now open that folder and double click on setup and see if you can install now.

Thank you for your suggestions,I installed the "microsoft installer cleanup",but it also can't install,the same with "error code 2755"
I found the Windows Installer service is disabled and can't start servers, so I reinstalled the Windows Installer service, then I reboot the computer and installed the bitdefender and "microsoft installer cleanup" well. The problem was solved already.Sorry to give you so much

Good to hear that you could solve your problem.
Glad that I could help you. The windows installer service should have on demand as start up type if not you have to change it and press on apply. For the case you didn't know how to change that : go start,run,type services.msc press enter now double click on the windows installer service where you can change it.
