Dear Pink
There is a possibility that the spam filter of thunderbird has moved the spam mails before BitDefender filters reacted. Press also on the settings button that you will find on the antispam toolbar what is the default location. How is the spam folder called? If it's also spam then BitDefender will move the mails to that folder.
Best regards
Niels
Hi Niels
Thanks for your help, but I dont hundrstand you, When you asked me "How is the spam folder called?" You refere to Thundervird Spam Folder or BD Sapm Folder? If you refere to Thunderbird Spam Folder, it called only "Spam", but if you refre to BD Spam Folder, it called "SpamKiller" that folder was created by BD when i Install it... So in the Thunderbird mail acount I have Two Spam folders now... One "Spam" that is The Thunderbird and another one called "SpamKiller" that is the BitDefender created... And When you say "Press also on settings button.." I ask you what settings button? The Tunderbird settings or the BD settings? If you refered to BD settings I just go to this settings and in menu "Antispam" appears a submenu called "Status", a submenu "Protection Level" and another submenu called "Antispam Statisctics". In that submenu "Antispam Statistics" appears:
- Rceived e-mails (this session) ..... 43
- Spam e-mail- s (this session) ..... 24
- Total e-mails received................. 90
- Total spam e-mails...................... 50
My question is that "Here is this 24 Spam e-mails in (this session)? and here is the 50 Total spam e-mails?
And Why I cannot find the way to BD spam folder in the installation folder? I cannot see this 24 or 50 spam e-mails....
I wait for your help.... and sorry my english because Im a portuguese and your language is dificult to me...
Thanks again...
