Hi,

I just bought a 3 users license and i got 1 for for myself and another 1 for my Gf.

After i install and reboot, everthing working fine with my PC.
However it crash with my GF labtop.
Her Labtop become very slow like an old dog,its take like forever to open the start menu.
She cant even get into the control Panel to uninstalled Bitdefender.

questions:
- Could this be couse by it previos anti-virus/firewall (Zone Alarm)?

-How Can I fix this problem?

Hello Allure2009

You must always remove your previous antivirus of firewall before installing a new one. That behaviour is caused by conflicts between zonealarm and BitDefender. Press several times on the F8 button before the windows loading screen choose safe mode. Log in with the account and remove zonealarm first. Reboot your pc afterwards. Now uninstall BitDefender while using this tool. Follow my instructions that I gave in this topic.
