Full Version: Problem Scanning Document

I have recently changed my security suite from McAfee to Bitdefender Total Protection 2008. I have always been able to scan a document to my computer. Now I can not. I am not sure if this is a Bitdefender issue or not. You see I changed some of my services to disable. Please help me find the problem so I can scan a document again.

Could you please do this go to start,run,type services.msc press enter. All services that have BitDefender in the name should have as status started/running. If that isn't the case select that service and press on start. You must be carefull by just disabling services.

I have checked those services and they are started/running.

Update. I have just completed my check of services and I did change some of them. I was able to successfully do a scan. Thank you for your reply. By the way Bitdefender is so far a awesome product!
