Full Version: Internet Security V10 Crashes Outlook 2003

Hi,

I have Internet Security v10 installed on my XP machine. I have the Outlook option 'Hide When Minimized' set (so that it minimizes to the notification area by the clock). Most of the time, when I double click the icon to maximize Outlook it works just fine. However, every morning when I first maximize Outlook, it hangs and gives me the option to submit an error report to BitDefender (which I always do, in the hope that they might get back to me explaining what is wrong blink.gif). I then have to restart Outlook and everything is fine until the next day. I am using Outlook 2003 11.5608.5606.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Hello stuohy

Put in your office installation cd-rom afterwards go to start,programs,microsoft office,microsoft office tools,microsoft office application repair follow the steps. Close BitDefender by right clicking on the red BitDefender icon near the system clock click on exit.
After that put in your BitDefender installation cd-rom or double click on the installer choose modify/repair and follow also the steps.
