I recently wrote an email to support and said the following, however, i would appreciate it if anyone else had any ideas as to how to solve it...

"I recently purchased Bit Defender Anti Virus 2008 from your website (www.bitdefender.com). I purchased a license key for 3 installations. I installed the programme on my Laptop with no problems and it still works brilliantly. I installed it on my desktop computer and it worked fine when I first set it up. I entered my Registration Number and it accepted it and updated the programme, then ran a scan - all with no problems. Then, it prompted me to restart which I did. However, once it had booted up again. I right clicked on the Bit Defender icon, and then clicked show, and the control centre popped up but said "Your Bit Defender License has expired; your system is no longer protected”. I clicked on register at the top and tried to enter the registration key. To avoid any mistakes I highlighted the key and copied and pasted. However, once I pasted into the box and clicked next - it popped up saying that the key is not valid or has expired. I have tried several times to un-install and re-install but the same happens each time. I bought a key for 3 installations but it won't work in on any of my other PC's, just my Laptop. No matter how many times I un-install and re-install and re-boot, nothing changes, it still says my key has expired. Although it says that, my laptop version is still running fine. I would appreciate any help on this issue please. "

Many Thanks
Simon

Gee, that would be a great solution, if the download actually did anything. Every time I try it it just sits there and says "Please wait..." for eternity.
