I saw on the BD website that current owners of BD anti virus V10 could upgrade to BD Internet Security 2008 for the time remaining on their anti virus V10 registration, without charge until the BD anti virus V10 registration expires. The instructions were to uninstall BD anti virus V10 , then install BD Internet Security 2008 and use your BD anti virus V10 registration key to register BD Internet Security 2008 . I followed the instructions and BD Internet Security 2008 wouldn't accept the V10 registration key. It gave me a error message saying that "the registration key belonged to another product" .

Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

You have installed the wrong version. WHen you have had BD10AV installed previously, you have to install BD2008 AV as well. Bd 2008 IS is only if you had either BD10 AVplus or BD10 IS. So download and install BD2008 AV.
