I'm using BitDefender v10 plus and have the lisence key.
My problem is: After install it. I updated it via automatic update function.
After update and restart, BitDefender doesn't show the Icon on the tray, and when I right click a folder to ask it to scan, it says files are altered, need to re-install.
I re-install several times, it runs well before update, and die after update...

Does any one know how to solve this?

If you are running 9x, remove it. Delete the Softwin folder in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files\Common Files. Ditto C:\Windows\Application Data and C:\All Users\Application Data. Delete all the stuff in the C:\Windows\Temp Folder. And Reboot. Reinstall and download the large update file. Reboot. And see if that helps.

For 2000, All above for WINNT and Program Files but now also all BitDefender subfolders in C:\Documents ans Settings\Administrator\ as well as other accounts there

ME, XP -- Disable system restore and do the above.
