If this is redundant, please excuse and help a first timer with directions to a relevant prior post. Have used BD AV for several years and recently have obtained Internet Security 8 and 9. Have tried to install both separatelyon a HP laptop with XP--after doing so I have no wireless or hard wire connection to the internet. When I try to repair the connections, I get the message that it was unable to renew the IP address. When I remove the program, connections are immediately OK and work flawlessly.Would appreciate some help in diagnosing this problem. Tried Technical support and web page hung up on another computer.
