I'm facing the same problem for the second time. In the first I suppose that there were some problem in my system and I've formatted my hard drive so that the problem stops happening. It worked.
But now I'm facing the same problem again. This is what happened: Some day I turned on my laptop and I got a error on my licensed Bitdefender Internet Security 2009 saying that some files couldn't be loaded and that I have to reinstall BitDefender. My system was running perfectly until that moment! I've uninstalled and installed again BitDefender and from that moment on I was always gettings some random blue screens.
"It can't be from BitDefender!", I said! After that, I've uninstalled BitDefender and now my system is running perfectly, but unprotected
I'm running Microsoft Windows Vista 32-bit without SP1 with 2Gb RAM.
So, since I'm a licensed user and I paid for that license I think that I have the right to some kind of support.
Can anyone from BitDefender help me? Or is there any better way to contact the support?
