Hello

I seem to have a problem with bitdefender on another computer.

When i started up the computer it came up with a windows error message and i had to do a repair thing for windows, upon start up bitdefender wouldnt start properly the sybol was grey and it said it wasn't working.

I went on the repair bitdefender bit and after that happend it will start but the firewall wont. I dont seem to be able to turn it on at all.

The laptop doesnt belong to me so time is of the essence!

Fixed it.. think it was a problem with the computer rather than bit defender. I did a system reset then re installed bit defender
