Can ANYONE tell me and MANY others why, after the first update, find that BD 10 fails to scan the memory of Win 2000 and 9x systems with the on demand memory scan? Is there any known work-around for 9x, ME and 2000 operating systems?

ADD. This very same issue -- the failure of the memory scan -- occurs also on XP Pro SP2 and SP3.
