Anyone know how to permantly remove bd antiphishing toolbar from firefox? I just don't want to disable it, becuase it comes back sometimes...

- how can I uninstall it... I do not want it... I am having the same problem but I have disabled it in firefox addons and it has not come back. Using Vista Ultimate 64. On my other machines with vista 32 or xp no problems.
