i have opt out of the renewal yet e-mails continued and without warning (3-days prior to when bitdefender was to renew)my credit card was charged.
i have been e-mailing to get this resolved. but just get automatic e-mail responses that lead nowhere. my next option is to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. |

Ditto - can't find anywhere to "opt out" on the website. This company has the WORST service on earth. If they charge my card, I'll be contacting my credit card company as well as the FBI for fraud. Whatever happened with both of you? My service will be up soon too and I don't want it anymore... |
