I am running windows vista and when I run diagnose and repair network connections I get the following:
"Windows confirmed that Web Proxy is currently online, but is not responding to connection attempts at this time." In order to fix this it says I need to allow connections through TCP port 8080, how would I do this in Bitdefender?

Thanks

Bitdefender Total Security 2009 fully updated. My PC is crashing when browsing online, if I uninstall Bitdefender it does not crash at all. I am running Windows vista SP1.
