I got this problem 1 times
----- Do you download setup.exe file with downloader program ? If yes, I advice you download with IE normaly because sometimes I got broken file with downloader program use UninstallTool of Bitdender and restart use Disk Cleanup and try to install Bitdefender again ------ If still not work, try install Bitdefender other version such as 2009/TotalSecurity/Gamesafe ------ not work ?, I think you should be try to install in other computer If you can install in other computer maybe your OS have problem You should be try to Reinstall your OS ------ be sure you have download right type ( 32bit / 64bit ) Hope my idea help (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) |

O.K found the problem ,simple and stupid but very important for many programs !
Bitdefender and google earth truly could not find a path for the temp files because my user account for xp was named #1 and many programs dont recognize any symbols ,installed with out a hitch. |
