Bitdefender Disabled Options

in some client computers the security center opens, but all the components, i.e. virus shield, firewall, user control, antispam, e.t.c are disabled. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client security but still is not working. what may be the problem. happens after update, but not in all the computers. only in some computer. i've written to the support team but haven't got any replies. anybody who have faced this problem before, please help.
