Hi,
I am trying to install Business Solutions "Client Security", but it keeps aborting the installation when installing the SQL server. At the moment, I can install both Bitdefender and SQL on their own, but have no database to connect to. How do i get around this? Alan. |

I finally got it installed, but now get the message:
"The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found" I can't believe it can be this difficult to get this program working. |

Hello, can you attach the server.xml and bdemsrv.dbg files from the server for a more detailed view of what's going on?

did you try logging to your BD console ?. You need the default ip address 127.0.0.1 with your console port as well as the defualt user name - administrator pass admin to log in.By default BD installs the SQL server ,frameworks , crystal reports. You dont need to a database to connect to it.
