 Unable To Install, installer can't find a bdis.msi file |

Bought the BD Internet Security 3 PC package thing, installed fine on my own computer, tried to install it on my mothers, and it won't install.
It says it's gonna look for a newer version, and then says it can't find bdis.msi. and wants me to run an online scan. |

Hello kharaa,
Please download microsoft installer cleanup. Install it and run it afterwards see if you find an entry that looks like this 11.X.XX (where x stands for a number) or for an entry called bdis.msi or has BitDefender in the name. If so select it press on remove confirm the warning. Reboot your pc and try again. Kind regards, Niels |
